The first book in the series, Jorvik Calling, won the Kids Book Choice Award in the Best Fantasy World Builder category.
Other titles in the Star Stable universe include several short story collections, the graphic novel Dark Song by Katie Cook and Elli Puukangas, plus Moorland Stables, a modern pony club series for younger readers written by equestrian fiction author Catherine Hapka.
