Primark launches its biggest Stitch collection to date

Primark has unveiled its latest range in partnership with Disney’s Stitch, featuring over 100 items across loungewear, nightwear, homeware and accessories.

The launch marks Primark’s largest ever collection with the iconic blue character, which has swiftly become a customer favourite since arriving in stores in 2016.

Stitch fans will be able to snap up footwear, bags, cosy loungewear, cuddly plush toys, accessories and more. In addition, customers in Primark’s Birmingham, Manchester Trafford, Edinburgh, Merry Hill and Braehead stores can now say ‘Aloha’ to Disney’s Stitch Surf Shack. Until mid-March, the retailer’s Primarket cafés have been transformed into a Hawaiian paradise, where customers can relax, recharge and enjoy a selection of drinks and snacks, including limited-edition menu items.

Primark entered the licensing market in 2011 with its first Disney range and the partnership has grown across a breadth of categories, with Disney becoming the retailer’s largest licence and a firm customer favourite.

Sarah Jackson, director of licensing at Primark, said: “Since launching our first collection with Disney’s Stitch in 2016, we’ve seen our customers’ interest grow year on year and we are now a true retail destination for Stitch fans across the globe. We’re thrilled to reveal our biggest ever range in store, with affordable choices for everyone.

“At Primark, we’re always looking at ways to bring unrivalled in-store experiences to our customers and are delighted to launch Disney’s Stitch Surf Shack in five of our Primarket cafés across the UK. We pride ourselves on our extensive licensed offering and we continue to expand our ranges in store with the aim of becoming the number one destination for licensed clothing on the high street.”

Disney’s Stitch collection is available in Primark stores across all 16 markets now. To see more, visit primark.com.

Disney’s Stitch Surf Shack is now open in Primark cafés in Birmingham, Manchester Trafford, Edinburgh and Braehead until Mid-March. The Merry Hill café is open until the end of May.
