Senior industry experts open the doors to Mischievous Wolf

A new globally-focused brand and communications agency has opened its doors, supporting a roster of clients in the consumer products, entertainment and charitable sectors.

Mischievous Wolf has been founded by creative executives Phil Marshall, Andrew Woolnough, Michelle Matthews and Dawn Wilson (pictured above centre), formerly of Oakwood agency, with the opening of new Bristol office space alongside a key hire in the US to round out the executive team.

The team is staking a bold new direction for a full-service creative agency with award-winning executions for top brands in the kids and family CPG space.

The business launches with a team of 11 and a client roster that includes Hasbro, Pokémon, Keter, and Perfetti Van Melle.

“In this exciting new chapter, we are all united by a singular goal of producing fearless creativity fused with strategic thinking,” commented Phil Marshall, head of mischief. “Our mission is to reshape perspectives, unlock untapped potential and deliver a strong ROI. All this magic is done by being collaborative, having a sense of humour and by being planet-friendly.”

Andrew Woolnough (pictured above right), chief imagination officer, continued: “We’re leading a charge to make a difference and unlock passions in the family, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors. Bold, fresh ideas drive the creativity in these industries from top to bottom, and we can’t wait to play our part in that while making a little creative mischief along the way.”

LA-based entertainment marketer, Brian Klotz (pictured above left) also joins Mischievous Wolf after stints leading comms teams in video game publishing and streaming, and after spending almost 15 years at The Walt Disney Company spearheading media relations and talent relations for Marvel’s interconnected universe of television series.

As md for North America, Brian will be responsible for driving Stateside client acquisition and growth from Mischievous Wolf’s existing client base in the consumer products and entertainment sectors.
