Gulliver’s theme parks extends Acamar Films partnership

Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts will welcome popular preschool characters Bing and Flop to its family-friendly resorts for another two years after extending its partnership with Acamar Films.

The agreement with Acamar Films – which runs until the end of 2025 – will see Bing and Flop continue to entertain fans at Gulliver’s Land in Milton Keynes and Gulliver’s Valley in Rotherham.

Bing and Flop have been popular with families since Gulliver’s, which is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year, began the partnership with Acamar in 2020.

“The strong support that the Gulliver’s team continue to show Bing means that young fans, to whom Bing and Flop mean so much, are able to deepen their relationships with the characters and series as a whole,” commented Kirsty Southgate, director, experiential and promotions at Acamar Films. “This extension means that Bingsters and their families will be able to enjoy Bing beyond the screen and create family experiences that will long be remembered.”

Exclusive experiences available to ‘Bingsters’ under the agreement include Bing-themed birthday parties available at Gulliver’s Land and Gulliver’s Valley.

The themed parties include a breakfast platter, Bing-branded table decorations and party games and an exclusive meet and greet with Bing and Flop. Up to 20 children can be accommodated with two adults included for free.

Gulliver’s Land also offers a new interactive mini show ‘Playtime with Bing & Flop’, launched in June 2023, while at Gulliver’s Valley, Bing and Flop meet and greet young fans during special appearances at sessions for toddlers.

Dean Kimberley, director of loyalty and marketing at Gulliver’s Theme Park Resorts, continued: “The appearances from Bing and Flop and our UK-exclusive experiences have proved a big hit at Gulliver’s resorts and we are thrilled the popular duo will continue to delight young fans for the next two years.

“Our innovative partnership with Acamar Films has led to successful projects like Bing-themed birthday parties at Gulliver’s Land and Gulliver’s Valley which are an exciting and affordable option for families.

“We look forward to working with Acamar Films to create even more magical memories for our guests.”
