YuMe Toys unveils celebratory Disney 100 Surprise Capsules

YuMe Toys has revealed a range of celebratory Disney 100 Surprise Capsules.

The collection – which the company says is packed with hidden surprises that will ‘wow’ Disney fans around the world – commemorates some of Disney’s most loved characters from its 100-year legacy.

There are 24 Disney 100 collectable characters, with a further four rare characters. Intended as a two-phase launch to engage both children and adults across the milestone year, series one arrives this month (January) with series two following in July.

YuMe500x500Characters in the collection include Simba, Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio, Dory, Snow White, Dumbo, Ariel, Donald Duck and Elsa. The first rare characters to be released in January are Mickey Mouse and Tinkerbell, followed by Buzz Lightyear and Minnie Mouse in series two.

Every capsule features multiple surprises including YuMe’s signature magical reveal clue cards (which hint at a mystery character). The capsule also transforms into a platinum-finish pedestal.

“To play a pivotal role in our industry, celebrating Disney’s once in a lifetime 100th anniversary milestone, is a real accolade for our award winning surprise capsule ranges,” commented Ken Goodisson, commercial director EMEA at YuMe Toys. “I think our product development team have done a fantastic job at encapsulating Disney’s 100 years of wonder through this limited collection that’s simply stunning to play with and display.”
