New Batman interactive experience opens in New York

Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment – on behalf of DC – has teamed with Spyscape on the opening of a new Batman interactive experience.

Public previews for Batman x Spyscape began on 8 June in New York City, with the experience dropping fans right into the heart of a Gotham City mystery.

Top scientists in Gotham City are missing and the world is in upheaval. The Bat-Signal is in the sky. Who will step in and help Batman solve the mystery at hand? Batman x Spyscape will take fans on a top secret mission to infiltrate an underworld organisation – Leviathan – which has a goal to disrupt the Super Hero and Super-Villain communities.

The adventure features a combination of an immersive physical experience of rich media and interactivity, enhanced by a real-time app.

There is an original narrative by Gail Simone – who penned both Batgirl and Wonder Woman.

The experience will also be supported by a curated range of bespoke merchandise including a Batman x Spyscape Companion Book.
