Star Wars fashion collaborations showcased

Brit design talent showcase catwalk looks inspired by the upcoming movie.

The Star Wars-inspired catwalk looks designed by a host of British fashion talent have been unveiled, and are now being sold to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.

The Source reported the initiative on November 24, and since then a special reveal event has been held at the Old Selfridges Hotel in London.

Ten London-based designers showcased their work, being escorted on stage by iconic Star Wars characters R2D2, C-3PO and Stormtroopers.

The items are now being auctioned off at www.starwarsfashion.london, with 100% of the profits going to the charity.

Bids so far range from £200 up to £1,500.
