Rainbow Designs rings in 2017 with new look

Popular licensee is celebrating over 45 years in the industry.

Rainbow Designs has unveiled a new look for 2017, which it says gives a ‘fresh, positive and dynamic’ new approach to its brand.

The popular licensee is celebrating over 45 years in the industry this year.

Its portfolio of nursery and preschool brands includes My First Thomas & Friends, Peppa Pig for Baby, Guess How Much I Love You, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Miffy, Roald Dahl, Elmer and The Snowman and Snowdog to name just a few.

Suzie Howes, head of marketing and licensing at Rainbow Designs, explained: “We are a company steeped in heritage, with nearly half a century of experience, knowledge and know-how in the licensed soft toy market.

“However, Rainbow is a star in the ascendency so it was extremely important to us that our brand not only depicted our traditional values but also visually represented our ethos and vision for the future of our business.”

Rainbow Designs’ complete 2017 collection can be seen at Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair (New World Millennium Hotel, Room 1001, 10th Floor), London Toy Fair (Stand E120), Nuremberg Toy Fair (Hall 1 Stand E22) and Spring Fair (Hall 5 Stand G18-H19).
