NYC Licensing Summit to return in March 2017

Event will take place on March 2-3 2017 after successful of this year’s inaugural gathering.

The NYC Summit: The Business of Brand Licensing will return in March 2017 following a strong debut this year.

The two-day networking event and conference was developed by the License Global team at UBM Americas in conjunction with LIMA.

The 2017 event will run from March 2-3 at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.

Tony Lisanti, global editorial director at License Global, said: “The positive response to the sold-out inaugural NYC Summit earlier this year was overwhelming.

“There is clearly a strong demand for an event like this that brings together the licensing sector’s thought leaders in an intimate setting designed for networking and knowledge sharing. We’re looking forward to expanding the event next year with another top-tier slate of speakers and even more networking opportunities.”

This year’s event, which took place in early March in Manhattan’s Financial District, featured more than 18 speakers from companies including Target, Global Brands Group, YouTube, the National Football League, Nickelodeon, Beanstalk, Hasbro, Cherokee Global Brands and more.
