Ladybird for Grown-Ups book line expands

Nine new titles set to join hit collection this autumn.

The popular Ladybird Books for Grown-Ups collection is due to expand this autumn, with a further nine new titles planned.

Since they first hit shelves in October 2015, the titles have been a permanent fixture in The Sunday Times best seller list each week.

They have now sold over two million copies and, back in May, Penguin Ventures confirmed that a bespoke licensing programme is being created, with Danilo the first partner on board.

There are four new titles in the How it Works range launching for autumn – The Student, The Cat, The Dog and The Grandparent.

In addition, these will be joined by The Ladybird Book of The People Next Door, The Ladybird Book of Red Tape, The Ladybird Book of The Zombie Apocalypse, The Ladybird Book of The Meeting and The Ladybird Book of The Sickie.
