eOne ramps up Peppa Pig cinema excitement

Voice talent has appeared on raft of TV shows including This Morning and ITV News.

eOne has been ramping up the excitement around the release of Peppa Pig My First Cinema Experience this week, with the voice talent appearing on a raft of shows.

The new hour-long experience will debut at UK cinemas from April 7, leading with Peppa Visits London, the first of several never-seen-before episodes.

Promotional activity throughout this week has included voice talent Harley Bird (Peppa), Morwenna Banks (Mummy Pig) and Sarah Ann Kennedy (Miss Rabbit) between them appearing on This Morning, Good Morning Britain and ITV News among other things.

In addition, Rich Ridings as Daddy Pig was also on the Vanessa Feltz Radio 2 show, taking part in the Wednesday Words of Warmth segment.

A big splash also appeared in The Sunday Times Magazine last weekend, with creators Mark Baker and Neville Astley being interviewed.

In total, the experience will include nine new episodes, all of which will be connected with interactive entertainment featuring live action Peppa and George characters and their friend, Daisy.

Little ones and their parents will be able to join in with games, as well as singing and dancing to new versions of nursery rhymes including The Wheels on the Bus and Row Row Your Boat.

New voice talent also includes David Mitchell as Policeman Panda and Jo Brand as Mrs Crocodile.
